Below you will find some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive from you guys, to save us having to type out the same response over and over again we thought we would put them altogether in one really helpful FAQ page.

How long is delivery?
We aim to dispatch all items 1st class within 1-2 days from receipt of order, items should be delivered to your door by the Royal Mail within 3-5 working days. If you haven't received your order after 7 working days please contact us. Delivery times at Christmas can be a lot longer so please bare this in mind when placing your order. 

How much is delivery?
Delivery is all dependent on the weight of your order, so therefore will vary. The website will add the cost of delivery to your order when you check out.

Are any other sizes available other than what’s on the site?
Each item on the website will display available sizes, there is still a possibility that your required size could be available so please don't hesitate to contact us.

What is your refund policy?
Our policy is 14 days from date of despatch, no questions asked. Please note though that only the item(s) cost is refunded back to the card you paid with. The item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition they were sent out in. Refunds outside of this period would be at our descression, situation dependant. 

If an item is found to be faulty, we would refund the item cost in full and reimburse despatch and return postage costs as well.

All items must be returned to us before any refund is made to the customer. 

We would recommend sending your items back to us via recorded delivery.

Can I get an exchange?
As long as the item is unworn and undamaged we offer an exchange for any other item with the same cost or different size. We will offer one exchange free of charge, but the return postage must be covered by the customer.

Do you refund the postage cost if I have to send something back for a refund or exchange?
If the item you purchase is faulty then you are refunded, in full, the item cost, dispatch & return postage. If you request an exchange, you will need to pay to return the item(s) too us, we will cover the cost of the new item being sent back to you.

Can I contact you by phone?
To keep running costs down unfortunately we do not have a call centre or team here that can take your call. Please send us an email using our
contact us page and we'll reply to you as soon as possible.

Can I order by post?
We do not accept orders by post, everything has been made as simple as possible on the website however, if you are having difficulty making a purchase, please
contact us.

Do you offer a discount on purchasing multiple products?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a discount on bulk purchases.

What payment system do you use for online payments? 
We are registered users of Protx payment system, a fully secured payment system used by companies all over the world.
